About the Book

The book focuses on foundational scriptural matters and, therefore, relies heavily upon scripture. Each chapter is verse-rich, encouraging the reader to go beyond the narrow confines of denominational doctrines to engage with the scriptures directly.

When finished, this will be the shape of the book:

  • The Preface: The Who, What, Why Story. And the Credits.

  • The Introduction: What You Need to Know Before You Start Reading includes a key to Bible and textual abbreviations, as well as notes on capitalisation and style.

  • Part 1: The Lord Our God concentrates on the nature of God and his ways.

  • Part 2: The Word discusses essential principles that are woven throughout the Bible.

  • Part 3: The Story hones in on the spine of the narrative, the straight path that runs from Genesis to Revelation.

Chapters will be published in order, and once finished, I’ll provide a link to download the entire book as an ePub or PDF.
