Being About Our Father’s Business
As you can see from the above colorful image of our preaching locations since last August, we’ve been about our Father’s business this past year, preaching in England, Wales and Scotland. In these locations, and in many others, we’ve also done much one-to-one evangelism work, as well as ministering to folk we meet on the streets, in shops, and in our daily walk through life, including stopping to minister to many homeless folk. All this in addition to leading twice-weekly (2 to 4-hour) fellowship and Bible study meetings, and day-to-day ministering to folk from around the world.
Throughout the four years since we launched the OnFireForGod.today ministry, we have ministered very largely to the poor and down-trodden, both here in the UK and throughout the world, especially throughout Africa, India, Pakistan and South East Asia — folk who are in no position to financially support us. We have, however, personally supported some of these folk when we’ve had the means to do so, helped others to get Bibles and connected those in need with those who are willing and able to extend their support.
Blessed be the Lord God Almighty in whom we place ALL of our faith, trust and confidence, that He has seen us through our day-to-day struggles to keep afloat while serving a very largely destitute — financially, but rich, indeed, spiritually! — subset of folk, worldwide.
Right now, however, we need your support. We are a self-funded husband and wife team with limited resources. The OnFireForGod.today ministry is a 24/7/365 endeavour and we labour daily, preaching, teaching, helping and discipling others. In Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians he wrote, ”Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.” (1 Corinthians 9:14)
In addition to day-to-day living costs, there are many and varied expenses in running a ministry, such as: outreach expenses (gospel cards, tracts, Bibles), travel expenses (diesel, parking, bus/train tickets), online expenses (website hosting, various other associated website costs) and tech maintenance/upgrades.
All to say, folks, if our loving Father in heaven might place it upon your heart to support our work, we would be unspeakably grateful. Your support will help us to not only continue but also expand our work, reaching more of the lost and raising up disciples.
You can make a donation on our website via debit or credit card, PayPal or Direct Debit if in the UK. One-time and/or monthly donations, of whatever amount, will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration.
With love in Jesus’ almighty name,
Sean & Katharine
